OUR PRIVATE EQUITY & CORPORATE M&A PRACTICE HAS WORKED AS AN INVESTMENT AND OPERATING PARTNER TO VC, GROWTH EQUITY AND BUYOUT FUNDS, AS WELL AS CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT AND STRATEGIC INVESTMENT UNITS.
We have considerable experience with all stages of the M&A process. Our team includes former senior leaders of Fortune 500 corporate development groups, investment bankers and investment principals of private equity funds. Our featured projects illustrate some of the types of opportunities we help private equity and corporate development clients address.
On the buy-side, we have worked with funds, investors and companies to originate, evaluate and complete transactions from minority stakes through full buy-outs. Our responsibilities have included market scans, confidential deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, valuation review, post-merger integration and performance improvement.
On the sell-side, we have helped companies position for transactions by improving their performance and valuation bases, articulating tactical growth plans, developing dynamic pro formas to model forecast scenarios, and implementing post-transaction initiatives to capture synergies.
