Gina is an experienced operations and business management consultant at SRA, with a focus on the management of complex projects across multiple workstreams and constituents, such as post-merger integrations. Her current engagements have been focused on large-scale programs that include new business opportunities and regulatory changes in the financial services industry.
Gina has over 17 years of experience in financial services, operations, and legal affairs. She spent nearly ten years at RBS and Greenwich Capital, with her most recent role as Vice President, Head of Operations Business Management working on the restructuring and consolidation of the company’s post-merger operations in the US. In this capacity, Gina coordinated projects with Legal, Audit, HR, and IT, oversaw the cost and headcount analytics functions, developed and managed monthly planning, reporting, and financial requirements, and supported her department’s talent and employee performance programs.
Previously, Gina worked at the legal firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker LLP, and started her career at private investment firm Severn River Capital Management LLC. Gina is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.S. in Business Administration. She lives in Wilton, Connecticut.
