Rob DiGisi

Rob is an experienced leader and operations manager with brand management, sales and marketing, operations, P&L, strategic planning and team leadership expertise applied across an array of consumer and marketing-driven industries. Over his career, he has created new profit centers, distribution channels and branding platforms for organizations from start-ups to high-growth enterprises and multi-billion dollar corporations.

Concurrent with his role at Silver Ridge Advisors, Rob is a member of the faculty at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he teaches undergraduate and MBA courses and oversees student consulting projects in sports management. He is also the founder of Iron Horse Marketing, a marketing innovation and operational leadership advisor to consumer and sports brands.

Previously, Rob was Vice President of National Marketing for Diamond Resorts International, a $2 billion global vacation-ownership company. At Diamond, he also served as COO of the Diamond Resorts Invitational, a nationally-televised, official PGA TOUR Champions golf tournament that he built from the ground up.

Prior to Diamond, he was Vice President of Marketing and Brand Development at Dale and Thomas Popcorn, where he expanded distribution for two popcorn brands, premium Dale and Thomas, and mass-marketed brand, Popcorn Indiana.

Earlier, Rob was a VP with Bank One where he oversaw business development for co-branded and affinity credit card programs and created General Mills’ Box Tops for Education Visa program. Prior to that, he led business operations for the $150MM licensed products division of the National Basketball Association. Rob started is career at Kraft General Foods in Frozen Novelties products including Breyer’s Ice Cream.

Rob is a graduate of Boston College and earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife and two sons.
