Greg has over 25 years of experience in product management and operations, and is a champion of continuous improvement through product discovery, agile development, and go-to-market success. Greg helps teams accelerate their product delivery through strong team goal setting and alignment, growing and hiring great talent, using data effectively to prioritize resourcing and partnering effectively with customers to solve their biggest problems.

Prior to Silver Ridge, Greg led the Product Operations organization for Thomson Reuters across its 125 news, accounting and legal products where he built programs to improve product team effectiveness and outcomes. Through upskilling team members and improving common ways of working, the 3,500-person product organization saw significant improvements in productivity, retention and quality of product delivery.

Prior to Thomson Reuters, Greg was SVP of product for Nielsen’s Marketing Cloud (NMC), Nielsen’s data and identity platform. NMC earned top-performer status in Forrester’s 2019 Data Management Platform Forrester Wave report and served as a shared service across planning, measurement, and ad targeting products. The platform expanded to 7 countries serving clients such as Walmart, Kimberly-Clark and Johnson & Johnson. Greg has also held product leadership roles and companies such as Sony, Rakuten and Annalect (an Omnicom company).

Greg graduated with a B.A. in English and American Studies from Princeton University and is a lead instructor for General Assembly’s Product Management course.
