Lisa is a Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager at SRA with more than 20 years of experience in project and process management, and a particular focus on technology infrastructure, workflow automation, and operational performance improvement. She takes a forward-thinking approach to identifying and resolving process inefficiencies and challenges across an enterprise, to bridge gaps across stakeholders and their intertwined processes. Lisa applies agile project management methodologies throughout a project’s lifecycle and has a keen ability to adapt to diverse work styles and applications. She is passionate about building successful teams that play well together and optimize operational performance.
In a recent engagement, Lisa managed multiple infrastructure and technology disciplines through the construction of a large global media company’s new 400,000 square foot state-of-the-art production facility and corporate headquarters. Over multiple years, she managed the buildout of their critical technology infrastructure across disciplines including CER, MDF, IDFs, Network, Telecom, AV, Security, Smart Building, BMS, and Desktop Technology. Her roles involved defining project requirements and ensuring alignment with strategic and cross-functional business objectives, developing work breakdown structures with resource needs, budgets and timing, managing work efforts and tracking project milestones, escalating functional, quality and timeline issues, and serving as the primary liaison for all stakeholders to ensure clear communication and prompt resolution of issues among internal and external parties.
Prior to SRA, Lisa was Associate Director at Castleton Commodities International, an investment management firm where she was an Operations Process Analyst, Project Manager and Scrum Master. She performed multiple high-value process automation and enterprise improvement projects, resolving inefficiencies and bridging gaps amongst stakeholders.
Earlier, Lisa held operational roles at Merlin Petroleum, JetBlue Airways, and Parks Energy Systems, across a number of business functions including logistics, procurement, finance, customer support, and enterprise resource planning. She lives in Norwalk, Connecticut.
