A leading global, white-label, embedded payment gateway needed consistent, authoritative data accessible across Finance, Operations, and Sales — without the logic fragmentation where different tools produced different answers to the same question.
Solution
A multi-agent system backed by a documented dbt semantic layer and denormalized BigQuery data marts. An orchestrator routes natural language queries to domain agents that understand the underlying data structure through MCP connections into dbt. Agents query BigQuery directly through a separate MCP connection, with every interaction logged.

LLM classification pipeline standardizing unstructured transaction data across hundreds of school databases
Situation
A leading provider of school accounting and payment processing solutions captured transaction data across its customer base, but each school defined its own item catalog using free-text names with no standardized classification schema. This prevented the provider from analyzing purchasing behavior trends across customers.
Solution
We built a classification pipeline that categorizes items using LLM technology against a client-defined two-level hierarchy. A preprocessor first checks a classification cache to identify previously categorized items, reducing LLM calls and cost. Uncached items are sent to the LLM for classification, while low-confidence matches are flagged for human review.

Automated compliance intelligence managing 300 state-level rules with structured human oversight
Situation
A regulated device manufacturer managing compliance across 300 state-level rules relied on spreadsheets, email chains, and a single subject-matter expert who held all institutional knowledge; a material business risk and a drag on enterprise value.
Solution
A web workflow ingests regulatory notices via the LexisNexis API and manual email upload. Claude scores the probability of impact against each rule and surfaces high-probability flags for legal review. Accepted changes flow to a single auditable knowledge base with a natural language chat interface available to all teams.
