Kelly Duggan

Kelly is a seasoned People & Talent Leader with expertise in employee experience, organizational development, and leadership coaching. She partners with organizations to design and implement strategies that elevate talent, strengthen culture, and enable sustainable growth. Kelly brings a holistic approach to people strategy, integrating learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational design to drive measurable business impact.

Prior to her current role, Kelly spent a decade at WWE as an Employee Experience Executive, where she built the company's Employee Experience function from the ground up. Under her leadership, the function evolved into a critical enterprise capability encompassing learning and development, internal communications, onboarding, and engagement. She also played a key role in shaping the employee dimension of WWE's 450,000-square-foot global headquarters, ensuring that workplace design aligned with culture, collaboration, and performance.

She is also the founder of Your Place at the Top, a consulting and coaching firm through which she has advised clients across industries including sports, entertainment, and financial services. Her work spans executive coaching, onboarding and performance programs, and customized learning curricula.

Kelly has her Masters in Higher Education Administration from the College of William and Mary and pulls extensively from her background in adult learning and development in her approach to consulting and coaching. She has become a trusted advisor and sought-after facilitator in the field of employee experience and organizational development. Kelly lives in Stamford, Connecticut.
