Jen is an accomplished People and Talent leader with deep expertise in performance management, leadership development, organizational culture, and large-scale change management. With a reputation for translating strategic ideas into practical, high-impact programs, she builds strong credibility with leaders at all levels including the C-suite. Her approach centers on outcomes from the perspective of employees and organizational stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on developing capability in others through coaching, learning strategy, and integrated talent management.

Most recently, Jen served as Vice President and Global Head of Talent, Learning, and Engagement at RenaissanceRe, where she helped guide the organization through a period of rapid growth driven largely by acquisitions. She led the evolution of the company's performance strategy, redesigned the talent review and succession planning processes, and established a scalable learning and development strategy aligned with organizational growth. Jen also launched a Learning & Development Center of Excellence, reinstated the company's employee survey to drive organizational effectiveness, and embedded diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across talent programs. Her work supported the company's ability to scale while maintaining its entrepreneurial culture.

Earlier in her career, Jen spent more than two decades at GE in a series of senior talent and leadership development roles. She was a key architect of GE's modernized performance development approach affecting more than 170,000 employees globally and played a major role in the company's cultural transformation efforts. She also led global inclusion and diversity initiatives, executive development programs, and HR learning strategy.

Jen holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and she is an accredited leadership and performance coach. She is fluent in Spanish, has working knowledge of French, and lives in Redding, Connecticut.
