Peggy Twitchell

Peggy is a Managing Director at SRA with more than 25 years of experience in project finance, financial structuring, business strategy, and financial modeling. She has worked with companies in telecom, transportation, power, oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, media, technology, philanthropy and nonprofits.

She was most recently Director of Project Finance at Fluor Corporation, the largest private engineering and construction firm, responsible for identifying and sourcing limited-recourse cost-effective funding for select Fluor infrastructure projects in the oil & gas, power, telecom, transportation and manufacturing sectors. Funding sources included both debt and equity, and her primary responsibilities included financial structuring, financial modeling, financial analyses of companies, writing Information Memorandums, negotiating project contracts, and leading Fluor’s relationships with Export Credit Agencies and Multilateral Agencies.

Previously, Peggy was a Fellow at the U.S. Export-Import Bank, where she conducted initial evaluations of project finance applications to the Bank, totaling $1.2 billion. She met with private-sector banks and corporations regarding worldwide limited-recourse project finance transactions in power, telecom, oil and gas, mining, and transportation sectors, and presented details of US Ex-Im Bank’s Project and Trade Finance programs to clients. She was also Managing Editor of Marine Money, a publication providing in-depth analysis of the latest shipping finance deals, including structures, pricing and financing techniques.

Peggy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University with an A.B. in International Relations and History and has an M.B.A. from Georgetown McDonough School of Business with Beta Gamma Sigma honors and an International Business Diplomacy Certificate.
