Anne Schimmeck

Anne has 18 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, strategic planning, performance improvement, product development, CRM systems, software implementation and systems integration. She has worked for growing mid-sized companies as well as Fortune 500 in financial services, media, software, technology, retail and non-profits.

Previously, Anne was with the Investment Banking Finance division of JPMorgan Chase. As business manager of the Financial Institutions & Governments (FIG) group, she was responsible for financial reviews and management performance reporting for the investment banking business. She led multiple performance improvement initiatives across retail businesses, personnel expenses, business unit realignments, incentive compensation, and offshore resources. She completed the Finance Leadership Development Program at JPMorgan Chase.

Earlier, Anne was Project Manager at Onyx Software, a leading CRM software provider. She was responsible for leading cross-organizational teams on CRM software implementation projects, and engaged with clients in defining requirements for sales, customer service and marketing divisions to optimize CRM and sales force effectiveness. She also managed the company’s largest North American project to develop a call center solution for a global provider of business and financial news and information.

Before Onyx, she was Senior Consultant with C|BRIDGE Internet Solutions, where she led complex reengineering and process mapping projects for clients in a wide variety of industries, and developed websites and web-based systems to enable business processes and facilitate customer and satellite office communication.

Anne graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and has an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
