Ron has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, product and market development, and innovation. He has assisted Fortune 500 clients as well as smaller, high-growth ventures in retail, food services, consumer products and services, financial services, digital media, health care, industrials, and private equity. Ron has deep experience performing fact-based, data-driven analysis and mining large customer and operational datasets to deliver corporate growth strategies and performance improvement programs.

Previously, Ron was General Manager of Financial Services at digital insights provider Compete (now Kantar Millward Brown), where he led teams of data analysts and account managers responsible for helping client banks and insurance companies acquire and serve customers online. Prior, he was a co-founder and President of Partnerwise Communications, an affinity marketing firm focused on leveraging partnership channels.

Earlier, with Capital One’s Corporate Development group, Ron led initiatives in e-commerce, smart cards, consumer credit, health care lending, and retail deposits. He was also a Consultant at Mercer Management Consulting and Corporate Decisions, Inc. (both now Oliver Wyman), and a Business and Systems Analyst at American Management Systems (AMS).

Ron graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s dual-degree Management & Technology Program. He holds a BASc from Penn’s School of Engineering and Applied Science and a BSEcon from The Wharton School.
